The company Curafact GmbH is currently developing a business specialised in biotechnology reagents, laboratory products as well as governance, quality and regulatory compliance solutions.
We support universities, research institutes, biotechnology companies and innovative start-ups in sourcing high-quality scientific products as well as in the implementation and documentation of regulatory and quality requirements.
We also assist international manufacturers in accessing the European Union market. This includes the analysis of regulatory requirements, the preparation of technical and quality documentation as well as support towards compliance with applicable European standards.
Our activities particularly cover the fields of scientific reagents, laboratory chemistry, industrial biotechnology, applied life sciences as well as specialised products intended for research laboratories, higher education institutions, scientific organisations and innovative companies. We do not primarily operate in the hospital or medical diagnostics sector, but in scientific, technological and industrial environments.
In this development phase, we are looking for curious, committed and rigorous individuals who wish to actively participate in the creation of processes, quality systems, scientific and regulatory documentation as well as in the development of a high-potential innovation company.
Responsibilities
Participate in the establishment of quality, governance and compliance processes.
Contribute to the writing, updating and organisation of technical, scientific and regulatory documentation.
Conduct research and analysis related to the regulatory requirements applicable to products marketed in the European market.
Support international manufacturers and suppliers in their efforts to access the European Union market.
Participate in the evaluation of products, suppliers and compliance files.
Structure and document scientific, technical and quality information.
Contribute to the development of internal procedures, document templates and operational processes.
Participate in projects related to scientific operations, business development and regulatory compliance.
Must-have
Ongoing studies or degree obtained in a scientific, technical, regulatory or commercial field.
Rigorous, organised and autonomous working method.
Strong interest in quality, regulatory compliance and documentation.
Excellent command of French or German depending on the position, as well as good writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new subjects.
Desirable
First experience in a laboratory, research environment or quality system.
Knowledge of quality management systems or regulated sectors.
Interest in European regulatory requirements and market access.
Good level of English for reading scientific documents and international exchanges.
Experience in documentary research, technical or scientific writing.
Interest in biotechnology, life sciences and innovation.
