Dans cette section, vous pouvez répondre efficacement aux questions les plus fréquentes.
How does a collaboration with TMWP proceed?
Our method is based on a clear structure: initial analysis, definition of objectives, design of the governance or compliance model, digital integration via SystemiX, implementation in the relevant member states, and continuous monitoring. Each step is documented, traceable, and fully digital.
What European regulations do we cover?
We cover key areas: NIS2, AI Act, DSA/DMA, mutual recognition, governance, compliance, GDPR, and sectoral regulations. Our approach is exclusively European.
How does SystemiX work in our projects?
SystemiX is our digital framework that allows us to structure complex processes: clear workflows, unified documentation, risk assessment, and European consistency. It enhances the accuracy and reproducibility of legal work.
How do we ensure quality across all member states?
We work with a structured European network, unified governance standards, SystemiX processes, central coordination, and regular audits. This ensures consistent implementation in each member state.
How do we secure data, documents, and procedures?
We use a European infrastructure, encrypted channels, and role-based access. Data is encrypted, versioned, documented, and processed in accordance with European law (NIS2, GDPR, governance standards).
What types of mandates do we not support?
We do not accept mandates without a European dimension: purely national law, criminal law, family law, inheritance, mass litigation or operational HR disputes. Our work focuses exclusively on governance, European regulation and cross-border structures.
